I don't really understand it :S People seem to be levelling up pretty fast and I'm stuck at about 250xp per game. Could somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong and what would be the best way to level (with/without team)

My current dung lvl is 18 but most of that is from tears of guthix

Well first your going to have to go through all the floors you can atm, making sure that you complete every room. The once all the rooms u can access have been ticked, then reset the levels and go through them again, this time you'll have a prestige bonus from going through all the levels last time giving you a slight xp boost. After going through all the floors you can again reset and repeat and you should level up fast. and over time as you unlock more floors you'll be able to get a higher prestige bonus (eg right now i have a prestige bonus of 25, so completing 26 floors will change the prestige bonus to 26 the next time i reset it)

Will it matter if I do this solo/with a team?

Also, what complexity level should I do?

Doesnt matter if u do it solo or team, and complexity level 6 to avoid losing some xp at a lower complexity level.

okay how long should it take to complete 1 level solo

well depending on its size, it can be between 10 - 15 mins or even up to 30 mins long on medium alone

I would recommend playing with a team. It's much more fun and you get more experience - especially during higher levels.

Yeah teams do generally give you more experience.

I got level 23 with my mate but found it really boring so I'm putting it off until I can find a bigger team/am really really bored. Thanks for all your help guys =)
