Um Ive been banned from habbo for asking a girl what she looks like on web-cam. The Alert just says ive been banned it doesnt say how long or its a perm. So what or how do i find out?

The person who banned you, might of interpretated you to be asking her to go on a cam for you. I dont understand why you would need to ask her whats she looks like "on a cam" if at all asking her as we dont really need to see who is on the other side of the screen.
Best thing to do is to check via the habbo help tool how long you are banned for.
