Minecraft Booster Problem

Can anyone explain to me what is wrong with my booster?

It looks like you haven't got one of the minecarts changing height into the other.

Basically they can't both be flat, one has to be on a slope feeding into the other otherwise it won't work as one will just shunt the other rather than just both shunting each other (Which glitches as both keep increasing each others speed via shunting).
You have both starting high going down and then the booster looping back round. You need to have the booster already at the lower level starting at the point where the other track is sloping down.



You see how the main track slopes into the booster track? Basically it glitches so they're both pushing each other.
