    Default computer not working!

    Basically, I accidently turned off my computer when it was going in to sleep mode last night. Now when I turn it on it just stays at the noisy bit when everything starts working. But the computer won't started up

    Help please!!!!

    On boot up tap F8 and then select "Last known good configuration"

    Problem: it doesn't boot lol. The fans just spin - the hdd seems to not work

    Update:

    The green light on the mobo does turn on.

    It boots up, then stops, then starts to boot again and stays there.

    Update: its not the hdd. I just tried a different one (that works in other pc) and the same thing happened

    Take your bios battery out for a couple of minutes it may be that.
