    Mine left a scar just a bit smaller than the fingernail on my thumb. I don't know if I had some kind of reaction against it but in the weeks following the injection it swelled up and burst into a river of pus. It wasn't very pleasant haha, but it didn't hurt one bit for some reason.

    I never had mine. We were told the Government were cutting costs, and that it wasn't needed.

    I had mine when I was 3 days old, but I do have a scar where it was given. Its tiny, its just taken me 5 minutes to find it .

    No.But when I had my cervical cancer jab I had a scar and if i feel my arm I can feel something.I dont have a mark from the BCG though.I can remember I was thirsy and I Get saying "GET ME SOME COKE" (Thats was the only thing I would drink.)I think it took them 20 minuits to get me to let them put it in.

    It depends, I heard if you pick the scab it will scar, I remember all the year 8s at my school (going back 4 years now!) being like NOOO BCG DAY, and they'd all come out with plasters on their arms, but they've decided in the recent years that the BCG isnt as necessary now, so it's up to you if you have it; you can go to the doctors and ask for it but you don't have to have it.
