I dont think there is a definition for it, just whatever people are attracted to, obviously differs. Although people do say people with more symmetrical features are more attractive but idk

i am pretty much a butterface, my face is tragic so i look after my body to make up for it. at least you can alter your face with make-up
same for a guy i would rather they have a nice body as opposed to a nice face
