I doubt some new noobs would follow Habbox on twitter at an early age..

Frankly when time is of the essence, how politely informed the users are quite frankly ranks at the very very very bottom of the list.
Responding quickly to this issue meant the difference between 30 mins downtime and 12 hours of downtime.
From now on we shall just use a generic offline message. Thanks for the feedback
