lol 5000 to a teenager is a lot. Leave him alone
Anyway, I'd only pay 500-1000 because I'm a cheapskate and I don't really know how much profit it gets or if it even gets one at all. Would it really be worth the investment? Hmmmmm.
Why is the spelling and grammar so bad in that? Makes it look very unprofessional and unbelievable.
That site is terrible. It just generates a random value I think.
Here is the post I was referring to.
"The most we have been offered for was £5000 about a year ago about 2 months before I joined sierk as owner, our running cost on average is £300 per month, google advertising revenue brings in about £225 per month."
Neverrr, but £5000 for a website that will make you almost nothing is a lot of money!
Habbox.com wouldn't be worth alot, perhaps around £1,000 if you're lucky (alot less realistically). Fansites aren't worth anything, especially when you've got draconian limits set by Habbo.co.uk limiting what you can and can't do. The fact it uses Joomla! and has no credible features doesn't make it worth much, if anything you're paying for the history - the content isn't strictly Habbox-only.
The forum would probably be worth alot more, and the radio too, with licenses being the main thing that makes it worth more than Habbox.com.

The site itself is probably not worth that much, but the radio with license, forum with license, ads ect will be what takes it up to 4-5k.
Habbox makes a lot from ads due to the amount of traffic, and obviously the licenses will be worth a bit, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was worth a few thousand.

I'll disagree with you there.
The ads revenue of whatever it is per day would be enough to cover the radio license, and donator which is however much it is would cover any other expenses. I'd say they make a small but reasonable profit otherwise they wouldn't keep it?
