So thats 2 people who want to get rid of the market place... well let me tell you i wouldn't mind if the market place went as i have never used it and i never will.
Only place I'm getting my values from is a certain site called habbox

I want the marketplace gone for 2 reasons:

    1. It drives down rare values
    2. It's taken away the point of rare values on sites such as habbox

Tbh, if I became hotel manager I'd just dig up the old v8 or w/e it was (back in 07-08 versions) and re-install that LOL.

What? read carefully i said we can sell our stuff for high prices . For example ,I sold a valentine cauldron for 10c in market. In a shop , no one was even offering me 5c.

The second advantage of marketplace is that we can find all the stuff there , we don't need to waste our time in shops. Another example for you ,When Marketplace was first revealed, I wanted a holiday table really badly for my room. I spent like , hours finding it Then when i was tired , I opened this marketplace and searched for a holiday table , I bought it then itself.

Even though market is bad for buyers , it is like a blessing for sellers.
    anyway
