    Thankfully not. I tried *real* eggnog once and it was gross.

    i always remember eggnog from the santa clause when tim allen takes the kid to a restraunt and orders some in festive spirit, my childhood @ christmas was that. so weird.

    I always hear about it in cartoons, like Simpsons (I think that's where I first heard it) I have no clue what it is though, sounds vile.

    Well, I've never tried it, and I may do in the near future, so I guess people should maybe try it? As HotelUser says it's 'Sweet and Delicious' e.t.c, maybe it is? Who knows unless you try it? So, I also urge people to try it ! I shall be doingg!

    And, to answer your second question, we (in England) normally just have a Turkey/Chicken (Christmas) Dinner which most countries have anyway.
