No two words could explain how I feel
So I guess this will have to do
Out of the blue, you liked me
You choose me, out of the crowd.

I felt invisible, unwanted, unneeded
We never talked before
It was hard, but now
Boy you've turned me upside down.

You surprised me, you weren’t like the others
You made me feel special
Took me out of the crowd, out of the girl
Into your heart, brimming with welcome.

Never thought about you before...
Well not this deeply...
Why the change takes me over
Takes me over completely.

I'll always be there for you
Deep down I know
