    Default The '@' Key..

Never had this problem before but I have just got a new netbook and the '@' key and the '"' key have swapped. I have to press the 2 in order to produce the @ key and its starting to annoy me.

Does anybody have a remedy, thanks.

You might want to check your keyboard settings as it may be set into another country such as the United States.

Macs are always laid out this way, not much you can do as far as I know, but after a few days you get used to it.

I have an Acer Aspire 751h (Netbook), not Macbook . I changed my keyboard settings to English (United Kingdom) and it made no difference.

****. Sorry LOL. Misread Netbook .

In your "Region and Language" options in Control Panel is EVERYTHING set to English (United Kingdom)? It may be you need to get some software for it from the Acer site

Usually the keyboard language comes as English (United States) as default, a simple change to English (United Kingdom) should do the trick
