Edit: There is Normally a Tractor in Jacobs Exterior house next to the "random" toolbox - but i had to borrow it lol

@ Jessica - Price, ive got no idea lol, i just spend as much as i need to when i make a room
- Time, Not long, I made the 1st two rooms in 1 day and then decided to make the 3rd room 2 days later
