How often do you +rep/-rep?

I never used to look at my User CP or +rep/-rep

I always +rep now after that thing was placed so you can see how many +reps were given to that post.
I -rep all the time now - mostly when I see someone just being stupid. - though I leave big explanations why

I +rep on a daily basis, but only tend to -rep the people I don't get along with if they make a moronic post.

I don't +rep as often anymore as I find it time consuming and bothersome (im lazy...) but when I feel it is 100% necessary (not to get reps back, spread rep or to my friends etc) I do it. I'm pretty much the same with -repping.

i'd rather comment on a post that i disagree with rather than -rep but if someone says "lol thanks for the +rep" or "lol at the people who didn't leave their name on -reps" i'm more likely to -rep them

I +rep anybody who I agree with or anybody who shares a valid point, either that or they've posted something useful or nice looking (graphics).

Hardly ever, i do -rep though when somebody gives me -rep.
