Nail Varnish Remover or Nail Varnish Remover Pads ?

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this so sorry if it isn't.

I was wondering what is the best to use. Nail varnish remover (Liquid) or Nail varnish remover pads.

I suppose it depends on personal preference. I think nail polish remover liquid is probably a cheaper way to remove nail polish but pads might be more convenient.
I usually just use liquid and toilet paper to remove my nail polish lol
