As the creator of this thread said though. He doesn't want anyone who joined 6 years ago but left then made a new acc a month ago or w/e.

I think what he meant by that is that if someone has two accounts, one which is 6 years old and has never been used and another which they've only been using for the last 6 months. You'll find many people who have been banned / have had two accounts and been a regular user on both of them. On my banned account I have almost 8000 posts and since then have accumulated my current post count, people like Dinasaw have done similar
