spots on the phallus are uncommon but can happen. often it can be the infection of the sebum glands (ie the follicle shaft where the sebum/oils are produced) or can be an ingrown hair. always makes me think, should you exfoliate your penis? lmao.
and it does make sense, he's saying he's not had sex within this month but the last time was six months ago. and it takes 6 months for HIV to show in your blood. HIV/full blown aids wouldn't normally create spots as HIV is a weakening of your defences, unless it was an infection of his skin in general.
