In the space of 1 week, I've managed to lose my girlfriend, whom I do love, my job, and my 'friends'. I do still have mates, but they aren't friends, and my true friends live in England. I think it is safe to say that we all go through "this stage" where we meet someone we think we truly love and then it ends in a tradgedy. What to do is... Find something you like doing e.g. Sports, Video Games, Doing physical things like woodwork etc. Make it your hobby and set yourself goals to complete. If this is too complicated, something else that will take it off your mind is having 'family days' or going out with mates
