Yet another quest, Yet another mess up

You remember last time the quest was messed up, well it's happened again, there is a room that piers tells you, that doesn't exist, no matter what you search, very fustrating. can anyone tell me if they've done it?

I don't do the quests as there is that many.. They really a fresh idea.. lol.

Also, they are always the same boring ones and prizes arn't delivered till about 7 years later.
