what he said ^^ the reseller has no control over what happens with the servers, so when they crash they can only get details of the admin they cant do anything! and you cant give much space if you have a reseller.

Neither would I ever, but if he want to make a small profit, he needs a reseller, if hes going for world domination or somthing, then a dedicated server is needed
