It's my best friends 18th birthday in a week, what do i get her for it?
I'd usually get her dvds or something but it's her 18th so it's got to be special, anyone have any ideas?

Why not surprise her. Get her something that something else could fit inside.
Say some socks? Then put her some money or some jewellry in there or a watch?.
Edit: Why not buy her concert tickets?
