It was actually six times, not three.

The problem here is that moderators act on what people report IF the log supports it. So, you've shouted that this player is a scammer six times and someone reported you for it. The moderators look at the log and all they see amongst the general chat is you shouting that someone's a scammer six times. They don't see a scam, perhaps because it happened too long ago (chat logs only show a few minutes chat) or perhaps it's not something that actually shows up in chat logs.

So the upshot is that they did act correctly, because someone shouting 'scammer' six times would be minor harassment if the logs don't show any scam taking place at the time.

In other words, you were unfortunate. Do remember that even if someone has screwed you over, if you react badly to the situation and they then report you acting up, ALL the moderators see is the snapshot of the situation showing you in a bad light.

I got reported say on 'Monday' then got banned on 'Wednesday' - permed, for scamming.
At least I got banned for a right reason and I did scam a long time ago - just once. Some people scam and scam and scam again and nothing gets done about it.
However, I don't see how they would know 2/3 days later?
Moderators are useless these days.

Sadly the moderators don't investigate the situations well enough. Scamming is a great way to earn credits without paying a penny or facing a ban. And unless Habbo change the way moderators deal with scam reports it's going to stay like that. If there isn't a trade log already, then there should be one. The chat logs themselves don't hold enough information.

Then on KromiumBAN , I told the owner of the casino to remove his rights and then I got banned for harassing.

How Ironic , The guy who gets scammed runs away and I experience all the problem.

Again, you're understating what you did. It wasn't a case of you telling him to remove your rights and the, wallop, you got banned. It'd be rather unfair if that were the case. The reality is that you spent approximately 30 minutes threatening to make rooms calling him a scammer and throwing abuse at him...and someone in the room reported you for that.

Lets say my bans are fair (although they aren't at all) , why did that guy run away with no punishments. Rather than assuming it would have happened a long time ago , why can't they just come to see it in the room itself.

A moderator has absolutely no way to tell if you've been scammed in a casino. Ok, you ask why didn't they come into the room and I'd ask you, to do what? You've apparently already been scammed, so what evidence of you being scammed will a moderator see? All that would happen is that they'd spend a long time listening to your side of the story and his side of the story and still have no evidence on what happened. Ok, at the end of the day the server saves furniture logs so perhaps they could wait 12 hours to see if you traded something over to him...but what does that prove? All it proves is that you traded something over to him but it doesn't show why. They can't pull up old chat logs to see on what basis a bet was agreed and, even if they could, they can't see the results of any dice rolls or anything other random event spawned by furniture so even if a chat log shows "I'll pick 3....I won!", "No you didn't, it came up 6", "Scammer, it came up 3!" there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever anywhere on the service of what the result of that dice roll was and therefore who is telling the truth.

It's purely because Habbo has no way of knowing the ins and outs of a bet that we state that you use Casinos at your own risk and that if you put something in a trade box to another player you are giving it away.

The guy once even said on his own that he scammed me , thinking that at least now the mods will do anything , still nothing.

And did you send a report at the time that this guy admitted he scammed you? Without a chat log, it's just second hand information which moderators can't act on.

One more thing , the guy left the room when he scammed me , haha how is this harassing when he isnt even there?

You were banned because you were reported and the chat logs showed you spending 30 minutes screaming abuse about another player. You may have had good reason, but Habbo moderators don't know that and can only act on what evidence is in front of them. They banned you on two accounts because you didn't take the hint from the first ban and you came straight back on to continue shouting. The unpalatable truth is that, if you engage in activities like giving away items to other players as bets, then you run a really high risk of getting screwed over and there is absolutely nada we can do about that. Frankly, handing over 400c or an item to the value of 400c is pure and utter madness if it means something to you...and it clearly did judging by how angry you were.
