Help! site layout.

I am trying to make a website which isn't habbo related but i want it to have that habbo-ey look. Are there any tutorials or tips on how to make a habbo-ey looking layout like how to do the shading and shape of it. Also im using photoshop cs5 and dreamweaver cs5 if that changed anything

Im used to just getting the skins and coding so this whole design thing kinda new to me

Just create a Habbo Fansite layout, but remove all the Habbo images.
