i know a place were you can custonmize the KB and Slots

    Slots 1-500
    KB 36-128 (i think)
so for you 100 listeners for 128kb would be the best and it only costs £4/month

I used to use http://www.tidyhosts.com/shoutcast.asp - they have decent prices and I still have a server with them for testing. Depends what quality you want to

You should also bare in mind (when selecting quality) that some DJ's do not have adequate upload speeds to support higher bitrates this shows as buffering during a broadcast. Even in a world of 20/50/100 mb broadband there are still people in areas who still only have a limited 8mb service.

Good point although the good thing is if you buy a high speed for people to stream with those who can't get that speed can broadcast at a lower one
