If someone was temp banned and a badge was released then, its their fault for getting banned.
If it was an accidental ban then Habbo staff should just give it to them.

I know of some people who managed to get badges transferred to other accounts. so it is possible...

With the new "give badge" option for this bracelet thing, I bet we will now be able or trade or give any of our other badges too in future
