habbo has never tolerated rs/habbo trading.. back in the day if anyone made "trading rs blabla" 9 times out of 10 it would get changed or you would get a pop saying change it.

Aww split, I agree. But then again it's so easy to scam in RS trade rooms, don't see why people bother if I'm honest.
