    Default HTC Desire Signal

Got myself a HTC desire and the signal is extremely bad, I have it on three which isn't that great where I live but with the Sim in a different phone its getting perfect signal strength. Anyone know any fix to help boost the signal or anything I could try?

Is your Android OS up to date?

I get full signal where other phones only get one or two bars. Remember the bars aren't an accurate representation of signal strength that varies between phone OS's.

Yeah its all up to date and I've tested the signal properly not just with the bars, it dies out completely allot.

That's what I'm thinking, but I don't get how a network would have a probably with a single type of phone :s

I've only ever had this problem with some custom ROM's or out of range of the network 'poles'.
