    Default Paranoid?!

I am soooo paranoid, it's making me feel rubbish all the time.
I can't stand it when people whisper or anything, or when someone says someone said something.
It's really upsetting me how I feel, any advice?

When you say people whispering, are they whispering about you? Or just in general?
My advice is to just ignore the whispers, I have a friend who is paranoid and 99% of the time she's assuming the wrong things .

What are you paranoid about? You need to udnerstand that the world isn't against you, the people whispering are either attention seeking or literally telling eachother a secret. It's unlikely to be about you. I would say just take a deep breath and calm yourself down if it is getting to the point where you are getting really upset and just look away or think of something else when you see other people whispering. As far as the rumours go, rumour are rumous! Kids will be kids and what Joe Bloggs said to Lucy Smith isn't necessarily true. Don't believe everything you hear because people do like to add their bit in to make it sound more exciting!

Sorry if this is all mixed up lol, I am very tired and it's been a long few weeks

I think everyone gets Paranoid at some point but if it is getting the better of you then you may have a confidence issue and low self esteem. I would advise you to maybe have a search on the Internet for some tips or go and speak to a professional about it because to put it bluntly you can't go through life like that. You are still really young and you have the whole world at your feet and to pass opportunities because of your confidence won't do you any good in life and it will bring on bad habits. Below are a few websites that might help!

    http://www.wikihow.com/Stop-Being-Paranoid

    http://www.ehow.com/how_2271146_stop...-paranoid.html

http://www.mdjunction.com/forums/par...ty-discussions - This one is a small forum were you can hear other peoples stories and get some advice from them as well.

And last but not least. Maybe go see your local GP or if you don't want to do that then you can call child line for some advice ect (As cheesy as that may sound if you want to fix it so badly then you will do what it takes.)
