    Default trying to recover my first account....

    my first account was called tommo1212 and every time i request a reset sent to my email i never get the email if you get what im saying? well if anyone no's what i can do to get the account password reset i'd be very happy btw its a yahoo email if that changes anything.

    Maybe try asking Customer Support, but then you will have to give proof of ownership.

    This happened to me, tell customer support the email address that's not receiving the email, as it's more likely been blocked, and they will unblock it. Then you'll receive the email .

    yeah, this would be the best method for this. if you e-mail them, they should e-mail you back with a series of questions regarding the account, you'll just have to answer them to the very best of your ability and they will review the situation for you.

    ok i just did what you asid to do so lets hope i get it back since i had 2-4 accounts on that email some had furni and i think tommo1212 almost has the 100% habbo badge.
