Well these might be weird but is a techinique which Dawn Ex-Character of EastEnders used. Welly ou basically write out lines and stick them onto a object, you do this with several objects and then you walk around looking at the object and remembering what is there. So once you need to perform it you will think of say a chair and the line will come to you.
