Yeah, the briefcase is quite dodgey, I thought it was a gun at first.. o_O

It looks ok, you haven't really changed much of it though. As people have allready pointed out, the briefcase looks odd as its below the shoes. Also maybe add some shading or more detail onto it to make it more obvious to what it actually is because atm it just looks like you have just drawn a square. Not to sure on the glasses either ;L Apart from that a good attempt
