Where's the best place to get your like attack, strength and defence levels up?

Or isn't there a best place for that :L

depends on your levels tbh..

try rock crabs, they give loads of exp and have very little defence

Rock crabs and something that no-one ever has really recommended in a while, pest control, you get tones of xp in game and you get tickets + coins (tickets to get level up even more) it's pretty usefull if you're ranging too because you can bring a back pack in.
