    I've been told addy plate, and yeah they give like 50gp profit per alch but has anyone got anything else cause there's not many up for sale.

    I just alched yew longs, can't remember if I lost much but it just seemed to be the easiest route.

    easiest way is the traditional yew long or maple (u) for buying in bulk. Only way you're going to break even/make money is spend weeks buying the items.

    Although, you can always have your small profit things buying on GE, 100 every 4 hours. Obviously then alcing your loss makers the rest of the time.
    I just left it buying air battlestaffs, wasn't interested in blitzing a mage level.
    Doubt everything, even this.

    If you can break even or making a profit, then any item is good to alch
