What IS her job? isn't it like community manager or something? If so...it is her job, she's supposed to work with the community to make habbo a better place - if that means turning over unfair bans, then yes, it is her job.

I agree with you here Shaz, people asking her to constantly do things may drive her away from Habbox, but if she is responding and helping them out, then I assume she is happy to do it!

More on topic, you simply need to appeal against this, if you did nothing wrong, the ban should be overlooked. If you did do something wrong, then I guess you are just receiving the punishment!

This is why I haven't PM'd her about my perm ban. She works for a HQ team. Not Habbo. Yes she works for sulake but she has more important things to be doing. Appeal the ban, if they see that they were wrong in banning you the will unban you. If not, they'll email you back. If you go to her after they deny your appeal I suppose that's fair enough but only if your ban in genuinely unfair. You can't expect her to be running around unbanning every forum member that gets permed from Habbox before they even give the mods a chance to respond to the appeal.
