Hey,

I've taken people advice and I'm keeping hold of Nexdana and going to hire someone to help run it,

I'm mostly looking for someone with experience in sites & promoting them, getting visitors to the site, SEO knowledge would be helpfull too. You'll be the community manager in getting people to the site, setting up promotions & competitions, getting feedback and possibly implementing changes.

I'll still work on the technical side of the site and will pay hosting / domain bills & provide most of the money for competitions / prizes etc.
