Ah, this is the facebook present thing. I think there was a guide somewhere on the forum during christmas on how to complete this. Youhave to get a facebook friend to do something and it opens it. I neverdid it myself so i'm not sure unfortunately

Sign in with Facebook on your normal account.
Make a fake Facebook.
Make the fake and your normal facebook be friends.
Click the present and ask for help.
Click the fake facebook.
Then go on the fake facebook and refresh, you should have a request.
Just click yes on the request and it should open.

Pretty stupid thing that actually, I suppose it's to get Habbo more members. I made a fake account called "Habbo Christmas" although it was pretty obvious, no one has reported it, and I use it for FarmVille gifts now occasionally.
