I think this is a pretty good idea. An event room that could hold 50 rather than 25. The tele linking only needs to be put down when there is an actual event?
It's going to be too complicated if I'm purely honest and whilst it's a nice idea, it would be so much effort and so annoying after a while. Especially when there hasn't been an event for a couple of hours and the person who's in posession of the tele isn't on 5 minutes before the next event starts.

Sorting out staff levels means what exactly?
I like the idea of a linked event room. I think that would help both events and HxHD in filling their rooms.
