NP, the fastest way I think is to mine & drop iron, although you don't get profit from that. I did it north of yanille, most other places are full of bots... I guess you could even bank, it's not too far to run.
Gem rocks are pretty good, too!

or get 61 mining and keep the pickaxe in your inv without the hastle of getting 60 attack.

Fishing, why?
Because Even when your at Level 99 Fishing It Takes
15 Minutes Roughly to Fish a Bag
