I think this may of been suggested a few times but i was thinking could you maybe put somewhere on the site where the listeners can see unique listeners or even on the panel whenever i tune in i always hear djs say oh we have 80 listeners for example when really they have 70 so theres obviously people cloning the radio. I think if you put it on the site just a little box saying unique listeners then when theres big compeitions/events going on then they can see how many UNIQUE listeners they actually have.

Just an idea anyway.

Yeah this would be really good because I think sometimes listeners think the DJ is lying or whatever. Maybe it could just be made to show in the normal radio stats the unique listeners? There isn;t really a point to showing both I don't think. So changing it to always show unique would be more simple

I like the idea. But 5 clones at that amount of listeners is often just brothers/sisters tbh. If it was 100 listeners (60 unique) that's when there is a problem. Although I do like the idea.

I just check the shoutcast for unique as it takes about a min, but if it's an easy code- go for it as it seems to simplify life for people .

It can be tweaked in seconds so the unique listeners appear on the site and not the actual listeners.

Yeah i used to check the shoutcast for unique listeners too but i always thought it'd be so much easier if the unique listeners are already on the site.

David has implemented this now so it displays unique listeners on the site only
