Yeah the bad quality version that's leaked doesn't really do it justice, it sounds like the full version will be very good though, from what's been leaked I think it'll definitely be better than Born This Way & Bad Romance at least. Perez said it'll be released soon so we can only wait and see what the high quality version will be like
