I like the idea, but I can see so many boys going in the girls one and vice versa. Plus I thought the whole idea of a club was to mix girls and boys for flirting and what not?

There definitely needs to be some colour/flashing furni on the wall.

Get more disco tiles and put the furni on top of it, so you can't see any of the flooring and it'll look pretty good.
