If you mean holiday as in an anual event that happens one day then Christmas.
If you mean like a school holiday where you get a week or several weeks off then Summer because I love Summer weather.

I guess I like Christmas, not because of the presents but because it's a lovely time and the build up to it makes the atmosphere amazing. New years is good too.

Id say easter for me, or the summer, its too hard, sometimes the summer hols can be too long
