It isn't the MOD's job to ban people for scamming you in a casino. It does state somewhere 'Bet at your own risk'.

I don't agree with scammers in casinos -and would never scam in a betting area myself, but anyway. Don't worry about calling him a 'noob' - he wouldn't have given it back anyway

The MOD's will only ban a person if several people report him for scamming and making scam room doesn't help since if they a reported by the user they are removed since you cannot hate on other habbo's.

MODs actually used to delete scam rooms, I don't know if they bother anymore but I remember them deleting some rooms for me

They still do it as it is against the Habbo Way and it is much easier then prooving if the person is a scammer.

I paid 14c for 3 goes at his grabber, prizes looked good and another guy won before and got prize (I guess it was a mate), I paid and then I won 23c and then 50c which are good prizes. He banned me and it annoys me only because he scammed, not the credits.

Scams happen ever day in Habbo, ive got scammed (scammed not hacked) loads of times in different ways. Even buying something for 1c when its worth 8c is scamming.
