Could you post a picture of your stats? Usually you should use your best skill since you'll have access to more activities.
Generally speaking though, I always recommend slayer (if you're p2p). It's a good way to train combat and it's a good cash maker even at low levels because the drops like runes, herbs etc stack up over time.
Or if you prefer on-combat methods, then fishing monkfish/lobsters is good depending on your level, woodcutting yews/magics or mining gold/coal at the living rock caverns.

For f2p i'd say your best bet is woodcutting although it'll be crap cash 'cause bots.

Well maybe you should start off by doing some of the easy quests first. Then mining or fishing I reckon. I made quite a lot with them.

Depends what you mean by money, if you just mean some money to start you off then training wc to 60 and then cutting yews is probably simplest.

Best would be to make 1m through wcing yews, (like 2.5k) and then start merchanting with the GE. I started ages ago and I know it's hard to make moeny to star with but after you understand merchanting then the more money the easier. I have 500m on my acc

GL.. altough I wouldn;t recommend playing this crappy game, if you want to do well or get to the fun parts be ready to invest around 3000 hours. To be a moderate level
