I got level 10 from when I hosted my giveaway... I just don't have popular rooms. LOL. Is it x minutes for one person or if there's 10 people in there for 1 minute does it count as 10 minutes?
If that makes sense...

I think I'm on level 2... it's extremely hard to get the achievements further through the levels though.
