How long does it usually take for them to distribute them?

I normally thought this was quite soon after they posted the article. Certainly get in contact with them. I have personally never heard of a Nest(led) tree, what is it, any picture?

I submitted a help request a good few days ago and still no reply. I know it's the Spring Break but still I'm sure the Staff should be working overtime at the moment!

I don't have a picture as they have gone out of the Catalog :/!

Whenever I log on to find one new item in my inventory it's always a Badge never a Prize. Sigh.

I got mine the same day, contact them on the help tool, if that doesnt work, call their HQ, otherwise i have no ideas

Ok so something must have happened as I looked at my help request earlier and it said it was waiting to be submitted as it does, now it says it's being processed so fingers crossed it should be done by tomorrow at the latest surely?

yeah I just looked in there... say to them, this is the link that used to work but you seem to have removed it from the Habbo page? They might still be able to see it.
