    Default [19 Rep] Software Problem

Basically I need to reinstall a few "Sims" games after trying to go back on them and it is messed up.

I have a problem though, I have a disc for two of the games (main and expansion pack), but the other two I downloaded off EA Download Manager. Which has decided I never had the games in the first place.

This is all very jolly, but where can I reinstall the games (specifically Sims 3 Ambitions and Late Night)? I have the codes safely stored on a word document after getting them off my registry - help please?

Legally you can get it from anywhere as you own a licence for both of them so if you torrent or anything get them off that then register them with your code

    If not, try http://store.origin.com/store/eaemea...00/ccRef.en_US

it's the new EA download manager so try logging into that (with your EA download manager user / pass) and see if you can download there, apparently there's a feature where you input your CD codes and a digital download becomes available

    Hope that helps

Thought about torrenting, just a pain with speeds and stuff + getting a reliable one haha.

Thanks for the bit about Origin - that feature will be useful, as after logging in it says I have no EA games - which is why I have the problem to start with - I originally got them off the DM.

Thanks Joe, will try that out

    Erm I have another problem

I tried a password reset for another account just to check if the code work work and got an email. However it says 'please press this link' which is like daii4h2h4-vdsuvnsd34-ggdngidsng-r3t3gf/ - which is all well and good, but that isn't a real domain and therefore just says 'Page cannot be displayed'

    Any ideas?

I would email EA support and explain your situation, they should be able to help.
