What do you use to make a jingle?

One way you can make jingles is to use a programme called Audacity

Just to let you know unless it is sung then it is not a jingle. The name for things saying things like "Habboxlive.com" is ID's then you get sweepers, stabs as well as drops. These all go under the name of imaging.

For proper Jingles no one beats http://s2blue.com, otherwise i personally use http://puretonic.co.uk, http://Jinglemasters.co.uk as well as the very popular Peter Dickson (http://www.myruddyvoice.com/)

For free software try out Audicity but if you're looking for more better and advanced software then I would suggest Adobe Audition.
