Lol I never knew Kromium had already posted a guide but here is mine
It tells you the exact path and where to click. The green circles are places that I got through just by timing it :S I just moved as soon as the rail was about to move so I used the same rail to cross 2 squares if you get me.

lolol it was so easy
well i sorta cheated haha went on teleporter n it teleported me to near the end then just simply looked and completed it
