My photos are missing! I bought a film abit ago and only used 1 picture up but I haven't been on for a while so does it delete the film after awhile?

I confirm that this issue is the same for me, i wonder if it's a glitch, if im on early tommorow morning i will contact the online mod as that's when their not busy. :]
